Maintain accurate records and update guest information in the system.
Process payments and ensure billing accuracy.
Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to enhance guest experiences.
Uphold the hotel's high standards of presentation and service at all times.
Previous experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in hotel management software e.g. Guestline is a plus.
Fluency in English.
Professional appearance and a welcoming demeanor.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
