The Overnight Guest Experience Coordinator is a key member of the Guest Experience team, providing attentive service, operational support, and property oversight during the evening and overnight hours.

This part-time role serves as a primary point of contact for guests after hours, ensuring their needs are met with warmth, discretion, and professionalism. The position also supports property readiness, safety, communication between departments, and preparation for the following day’s guest experience.

The ideal candidate is dependable, resourceful, calm under pressure, and comfortable working independently while upholding the gracious hospitality and attention to detail that define Twin Farms.

Compensation: $23-$26/hour 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary overnight contact for guest needs, requests, and inquiries.
  • Provide a warm and polished welcome for late arrivals, including check-in assistance, luggage support, escorting guests to accommodations, and reviewing property amenities and scheduled activities.
  • Support after-dinner guest service, including bar service, shuttle transportation, deliveries, and special requests.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns related to room amenities, fireplaces, technology, comfort, or property services.
  • Conduct regular property walks to ensure presentation, cleanliness, safety, and security standards are maintained.
  • Communicate and document overnight activity, guest requests, preferences, and concerns for the daily operations meeting.
  • Support Dining with guest transportation at the conclusion of dinner service and assist with light late-night food or snack preparation as needed.
  • Answer phone lines and assist with basic guest, reservation, and property information requests.
  • Update guest profiles with preferences, notes, and service details to help personalize future stays.
  • Provide shuttle service, deliveries, and support for special events, seasonal activities, and operational needs.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Assist with early-morning breakfast setup and property readiness.
  • Support light cleaning, organizing, and maintenance-related tasks as needed.
  • Assist with snow and ice removal in guest-facing areas when appropriate.
  • Help prepare arrival rooms to ensure readiness and alignment with guest requests.
  • Assist with seasonal décor setup and takedown; ladder work is not required.
  • Provide occasional light detailing of guest or property vehicles.
  • Collaborate with departments across the property to support projects, preparation, and guest service needs.

  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work on varied terrain and in changing weather conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, food and beverage, recreation, or luxury service preferred.
