We’re looking for a meticulous, energetic, and friendly Housekeeper to help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our stunning rooms, suites, and spa lodges. You’ll be part of a warm, supportive team that takes pride in creating a serene and spotless environment for our guests.

💆 Your Role as Housekeeper:

• Cleans and prepares guest rooms consistently to a five-star standard.

• Maintains pristine public areas. 

• Manages laundry, linen and stock items with care.

• Reports maintenance issues promptly.

• Collaborates with the wider hotel team to ensure seamless service and guest experience.

✨ What You Bring:

• A passion for cleanliness and presentation.

• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and time management skills.

• Previous housekeeping experience in a 4- or 5-star setting is a bonus, but full training is provided.

Salary: from £26,624 to £27,248

Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being from £234 to £351 per month.

Hours: 40 hours per week.
