  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the General Manager
  • Assist the General Manager in their daily duties and ensure the effective coordination of executive office activities
  • Manage the General Manager's calendar, appointments, and meeting coordination
  • Coordinate daily schedules, manage appointments, and prepare meeting agendas and minutes
  • Assist in tracking action items and remind departments of upcoming deadlines
  • Assist the General Manager in preparing reports on department performance and guest satisfaction
  • Support internal communications, reports, presentations, and project documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and manage correspondence

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • At least 2 years' experience in executive assistance, with well-developed operational follow-up skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English.
  • Familiar with luxury hospitality dynamics and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong listening, note-taking, and organisational skills
  • Strong representational skills and versatile communication abilities.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Advanced time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to adapt flexibly and quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Residing in Fethiye or able to relocate to Fethiye
