Nayara Resorts, a proud member of Relais & Châteaux, is seeking a Global Leisure Sales Manager to lead leisure sales across international markets. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing key commercial relationships, executing the global sales strategy, and leading the leisure sales team, in alignment with Nayara’s overall business objectives.

  • Execute and oversee the global leisure sales strategy across international markets.

  • Develop and manage relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, and other key partners.

  • Lead a team of four Market Managers and one Sales Coordinator.

  • Plan and implement annual commercial plans, including budgets and action plans.

  • Drive proactive sales activities such as sales calls, trainings, roadshows, and participation in international trade fairs, among others.

  • Monitor performance, analyze market results, and report on sales performance and forecasts.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in commercial processes and communication.


Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar position, preferably in South American hotels.

  • At least 5 years in sales within luxury 5-star hotels, in tourist destinations with international exposure.

Education:

  • Degree in Hotel Administration, Marketing, or Public Relations.

Language Skills:

  • English: Advanced.
