Manoir Hovey is a 51-room Relais & Châteaux property located on the shores of Lake Massawippi in Quebec’s Eastern Townships. We are currently seeking a Pastry Chef to join our team.

Manoir Hovey features two restaurants: Le Hatley, our five-diamond fine dining restaurant, and the Taproom, a Michelin-recommended bistro. Join an exceptional team driven by a passion for guest service and gastronomy.

Under the direction of the Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, the Pastry Chef will have the following main missions

-Create the dessert menu
- Under the supervision of the chef, manage the pastry team
-Prepare recipes and special requests
-Select or develop recipes
-Determine the ingredients needed and their quantities
-Baking, icing or decorating pastries
-Designing and making special event cakes and presentation pieces
-Preparing ice cream products and creams
-Making chocolates and special orders food
-Maintaining clean and tidy workplaces and tools
