Avaton Luxury Hotel & Villas, a proud member of Relais & Châteaux, is a stylish and contemporary beachfront escape overlooking the sparkling turquoise waters of Athos Peninsula in Halkidiki, Greece.
It consists of an exclusive collection of 56 luxury suites, villas and rooms. Most of them have private pools with in-built sunbeds which tantalize the feeling of relaxation in our Mediterranean gardens.

About the Restaurant Manager role:
As an essential member of our Food & Beverage leadership team, the Restaurant Manager ensures that consistent and thoughtful service is delivered to our guests. This position is responsible for training, motivating and leading the dynamic Team to the success of our goals. The Restaurant Manager is visible within the operations, providing Guests recognition, promoting good public relations, and handling special requests. Reporting to our F&B Manager, the Restaurant Manager works closely with the Executive Chef to design an effective menu and wine list contributing to the financial success of the restaurant.
 


Our Ideal Restaurant Manager candidate will have:
F&B Management experience in a luxury environment and a Michelin starred background. International experience is preferred. 
Problem solving, benchmark and innovation capacities.
Good PR skills to meet and connect with our guests.
People skills: must be a person who develops people service skills and their craftsmanship for internal and international growth.
Creativity and enthusiasm for exploring new products and services.
Extensive knowledge of food and wine, guest service, cost control, labor control, menu writing, merchandising and accounting.
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language.
