Located in pleasant, green surroundings under the smoke of The Hague, you will find Central Park in Voorburg. Built in the 18th century as a country house, this stately national monument now serves as a boutique hotel, restaurant, bar and venue for special occasions.

SVH Master Host Joey de Kruijf has been co-owner since 2017 of the company and together with his partner Tamara Holwerda also responsible for day-to-day operations.

Central Park believes that through its stately, energetic and cozy ambiance combined with refined dishes and a wide range of wines, it can win the hearts of all higher-end lovers. Since July 2022, Central Park is proud member of Relais & Chateaux and the restaurant has been awarded a Michelin star in the 2023 guide.

We are proud to be one of the 580 members of Relais & Châteaux, an association of worldwide independent hotel and restaurant owners.


AS CHEF DE PARTIE

Under the direction of the Chef de Cuisine, you will have to:

  • Ensure that the food is adequate and that you prepare and the technical data sheets
  • You will carry out, coordinate and manage in an autonomous and rational manner all the operations of your party necessary for the setting up, preparation and dressing of dishes within the framework of the technical and aesthetic standards of the establishment.
  • Assist in assessing supply requirements and managing inventories and orders
  • Comply with HACCP and safety standards

  • You have significant experience of at least X years in a position and similar establishment.
  • You are motivated, have a keen sense of organization and teamwork.
  • Besides technical skills, your dynamism and creativity will make the difference to become a driving force in our development.
